Every culture in the world has some form of Space Clearing routine/ritual. Having studied Feng Shui and the art of the flow of energy, I understand how important it is for people (and their health) to be living/working in a place of clear, light energy.

Energetically, everything that happens in a building is like a vortex - creating ripples like those formed when a pebble is dropped in a pond. Those energy ripples, when reaching the wall of a room (and cannot ripple further) create stagnant/stuck energy - especially in the corners! Most people are actually more 'aware' than they realise about 'feeling energy'.

This is because any occurrence accompanied with strong emotion or trauma can affect the light energy in your home. Years and years of repetitive patterns can affect the mood and atmosphere of the building - so much so that it does have an affect on the occupants!
